The Aitor Fisherman is a 108mm knife with blade, pliers, scissors, fish scaler/ruler, hook disgorger, hook straightener and a hook cutter.
The body splits apart in the same manner as many hobo knives, with the blade, pliers, and hook straightener on one half and the fish scaler and scissors on the other.
Every tool on the Fisherman except for the main blade is unique to this model. The scissors are more like oversized SAK scissors than the scissors on the Gran Police or Tourist.
The pliers have a different handle (lacking the wire stripper that is on the Alligator) and a different head, with a surface for cutting fish-hooks.
