Barlow Norwood Flip Multi Tool A unique design suffering from poor quality of construction, the Flip Multi-Tool is often seen with a company name or logo laser etched onto the hande. First noted in 2007. Made in China.

Jaws

Spring loaded plier jaws with serrations and wire cutter area.

Handles/Frame

Plier handle pivots around and is nested into the frame when not in use. Large ring on the end protrudes through the frame for lanyard attachment. (But lanyard must then be removed before folding/unfolding)
Frame is constructed of laminated steel plates riveted together. One handle panel is typically seen with company logo laser etched into it.

Blades and Tools

All of the blades are outside opening. None of the blades lock open.
  • Plain edge knife blade. Measures 1-3/4" long. (47mm)
  • Medium flathead screwdriver
  • Half-phillips screwdriver
  • Combination bottle opener/large flathead screwdriver

Locking Mechanism

None.

Other Features

Large loop on plier handle protrudes through frame when closed. Purpose unclear.

Sheath

A black nylon sheath with velcro closure was included. Loop allows for vertical carry only.
