Rebar.png The Leatherman Rebar come out in 2012 and brought back a more classic design for Leatherman. They did away with the Zytel handled series and back to a style similar to the PST. Essentially the Rebar is a mini Super Tool 300 as it has the same tool set and plier head with removable cutters just on a scaled down 4 inch regular size Leatherman tool. This tool is supposed to be the successor to the original tool line and it replaced the Blast, Fuse and Kick

  • This tool is basically a mini Super Tool 300 so that puts it tool wise in the Super Tool family line. It is supposed to be the replacement for the PST, PST II and Pulse type tools. It did replace the Zytel line up of the Blast, Fuse and Kick directly as they were all retired the same year this went into production. The Signal and the Rebar also share the same plier head with removable cutters.
